Stig Maasbøl is the Chairman of Norbreeze Group and a seasoned global executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, consumer goods, and international supply chain industries. He brings deep expertise in growth strategy, operational transformation, and board governance—built through decades of CEO and boardroom experience across Europe and Asia.
Stig previously served as CEO of ScanCom International, a leading manufacturer and retailer in the outdoor furniture industry with global operations. Prior to that, he held senior executive roles at Codan Gummi, Maflow Group, and Roulunds Holding, where he led large-scale business transformations and international expansion strategies.
In recognition of his leadership in sustainable innovation, Stig was named Award-winning CEO of the Green Solutions Award by the Danish Export Association and the Royal Family—an honour that underscores his commitment to responsible growth and environmental stewardship.
As Chairman of Norbreeze Group, Stig plays a central role in shaping the Group’s strategic direction, governance, and cross-border growth agenda. His leadership supports Norbreeze’s mission to scale purpose-driven brands such as PANDORA, August Berg, and the MGI Distribution across Southeast Asia and beyond.
A strong advocate of sustainable value creation and long-term partnerships, Stig also co-founded Make A Small Difference, an initiative based in Vietnam, underscoring his dedication to social impact and inclusive leadership.
Mrs. Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg

Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg is the Co-Founder and Board Member of Norbreeze Group, where she brings over two decades of experience in brand creation, creative direction, and retail development across the watch and jewelry industry in Southeast Asia.
Combining a Danish design sensibility with a deep understanding of Asian markets, Anne has been instrumental in shaping the Group’s creative identity and long-term brand vision. She plays an active role at the board level across Norbreeze’s portfolio—guiding product strategy, brand differentiation, and customer experience through a design-led lens.
Founded in 2004, Norbreeze Group now operates three core subsidiaries: Norbreeze Collective Asia, exclusive distributor of PANDORA across Indochina; MGI Distribution, a joint venture with Movado Group managing a portfolio of international watch and jewelry brands; and August Berg, a Danish-designed timepiece brand with a social mission at its core.
Anne brings a unique perspective to the board—bridging creative vision with strategic oversight. Her focus lies in safeguarding brand integrity, elevating design standards, and ensuring Norbreeze’s offerings remain culturally relevant, emotionally resonant, and commercially compelling across markets.

Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg is the Co-Founder and Group CEO of Norbreeze Group, where he has built and scaled a portfolio of purpose-driven lifestyle brands across Asia and internationally. With over 20 years of executive leadership across Europe and Southeast Asia, Anders has shaped Norbreeze into a regional force in accessible luxury—spanning brand distribution, omnichannel retail, and impact-driven entrepreneurship.
Founded in 2004, Norbreeze Group now operates three core subsidiaries: Norbreeze Collective Asia, exclusive distributor of PANDORA across Indochina; MGI Distribution, a joint venture with Movado Group managing a portfolio of international watch and jewelry brands; and August Berg, a Danish-designed timepiece brand with a social mission at its core.
Before Norbreeze, Anders held leadership roles at Danfoss and Jebsen & Jessen, where he led regional transformation and digital initiatives. Today, he also serves on the board of MGI Distribution and advises select consumer and lifestyle ventures on brand positioning, market entry, and long-term value creation.
Anders is known for combining strategic clarity with founder-driven energy—leading with focus, scaling with purpose, and building businesses that balance commercial performance with positive impact.

Mr. Waldemar Schmidt
Norbreeze Group
Waldemar Schmidt is a globally experienced business leader and board advisor, whose career spans executive leadership, international governance, and academic contribution. He has served as Senior Advisor and former Chairman of Norbreeze Group, helping guide the company’s strategic evolution and leadership structure over the past decade.
Previously Group CEO of ISS A/S, Waldemar led one of the world’s largest facility services companies through global expansion across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. His second career was marked by influential non-executive roles, including chairmanships and directorships across Danish and international companies, such as Hempel, Navision, Enodis PLC, G4S PLC, and Majid Al Futtaim Group.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Waldemar has served on advisory boards for IMD, London Business School, APAX, and IK Investment Partners, and continues to contribute to executive education as Adjunct Professor at Copenhagen Business School.
Author of several books on CEO leadership—including The Job of the CEO—Waldemar brings a rare combination of boardroom insight, global perspective, and leadership mentoring. His continued support of Norbreeze Group reflects his commitment to purpose-led entrepreneurship and long-term value creation.
