Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg is the Co-Founder and Group CEO of Norbreeze Group, where he has built and scaled a portfolio of purpose-driven lifestyle brands across Asia and internationally. With over 20 years of executive leadership across Europe and Southeast Asia, Anders has shaped Norbreeze into a regional force in accessible luxury—spanning brand distribution, omnichannel retail, and impact-driven entrepreneurship.

Founded in 2004, Norbreeze Group now operates three core subsidiaries: Norbreeze Collective Asia, exclusive distributor of PANDORA across Indochina; MGI Distribution, a joint venture with Movado Group managing a portfolio of international watch and jewelry brands; and August Berg, a Danish-designed timepiece brand with a social mission at its core.

Before Norbreeze, Anders held leadership roles at Danfoss and Jebsen & Jessen, where he led regional transformation and digital initiatives. Today, he also serves on the board of MGI Distribution and advises select consumer and lifestyle ventures on brand positioning, market entry, and long-term value creation.

Anders is known for combining strategic clarity with founder-driven energy—leading with focus, scaling with purpose, and building businesses that balance commercial performance with positive impact.

Mr. Tom Zachariassen

Tom Zachariassen is a senior finance and transformation executive with over three decades of leadership across Europe, US and Asia. With a career spanning global corporates, high-growth environments, and complex restructuring initiatives, Tom brings deep expertise in financial strategy, operational excellence, and scalable growth execution.

Before joining Norbreeze Group, he served as Vice President of Global Business Services at Hempel A/S, where he led international finance and shared service operations across multiple regions. His earlier roles include Executive Vice President & CFO at GN Netcom, where he played a pivotal role in financial turnaround and business realignment, and senior finance leadership positions at Tectura, inco Danmark, and Deloitte.

Tom combines board-level insight with hands-on financial discipline, consistently driving transformation across diverse industries and geographies. At Norbreeze, he plays a central role in anchoring Project Phoenix, strengthening financial governance, and unlocking long-term value creation across the Group and its subsidiaries.

Mr. Dinh Nguyen

Dinh Nguyen is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience shaping growth, organizational transformation, and high-performance teams across the beauty, FMCG, and retail sectors in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

He has led full-spectrum operations, including commercial strategy, P&L ownership, multi-channel retail development, and organization redesign. At LUXASIA Vietnam, Dinh guided the company through a strategic evolution from a traditional distributor into a comprehensive beauty retail platform, strengthening brand partnerships, elevating customer experience, and building scalable operational structures. He also championed the “YES – Young Emerging Stars” leadership development program, nurturing talent pipelines and succession strength across management layers.

Prior to that, Dinh held senior leadership roles at L’Oréal Vietnam, where he led the Professional Products Division to industry leadership and established the “Beauty for a Better Life” initiative, integrating education and social uplift into business strategy. The program later inspired broader global adoption, demonstrating his ability to align business ambition with meaningful societal impact.

Dinh is recognized for his people-centric leadership: he builds cultures founded on trust, clear accountability, and empowered ownership. His approach combines strategic foresight with grounded operational discipline, informed by deep market understanding and a commitment to developing leaders who learn, adapt, and lead with integrity.

Julie Nguyen is a seasoned commercial leader with nearly two decades of experience across brand building, omnichannel retail, and business transformation in Vietnam’s consumer sector.

She has held senior roles at leading global brands including Dyson (Central Retail), Amorepacific, and Estée Lauder Companies—where she consistently delivered market expansion, digital acceleration, and retail reinvention.

At Dyson, she revitalized the Vietnam business through stronger channel execution, team development, and social commerce innovation. At Amorepacific, she repositioned Sulwhasoo into a top-tier brand while scaling e-commerce and elevating customer experience. At Estée Lauder, she launched new retail formats, led a national field team, and expanded the presence of four global brands across Vietnam’s beauty landscape.

Julie is known for combining strategic clarity with hands-on leadership. Her deep expertise in CRM, digital commerce, and retail operations makes her a key driver of Norbreeze Collective Asia’s transformation journey and the Group’s ambition to unify commercial performance across channels.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Thinh

Nguyen Quang Thinh is a senior commercial leader with over 25 years of experience shaping growth and transformation across Vietnam’s retail and wholesale sectors, spanning FMCG, healthcare, beauty, and lifestyle.

He has led large-scale national salesforces, overseen omnichannel operations, and consistently driven double-digit growth. At Rohto Mentholatum, he managed Modern Trade, General Trade, E-commerce, and national pharmacy channels, building partnerships with Watsons, AEON, Pharmacity, Long Chau, and Hasaki, while pioneering TikTok Retail to capture Gen Z consumers. At GSK, he restructured pharmacy and GT distribution via DKSH, securing 40% market share for Panadol and 12% for Sensodyne, earning the Southeast Asia Commercial Excellence Award. Earlier in his career at L’Oréal, he spearheaded nationwide retail expansion across malls, supermarkets, boutiques, and counters, creating one of Vietnam’s most comprehensive beauty retail networks.

Thinh is recognized for combining strategic foresight with operational discipline. His proven strengths in retail expansion, wholesale distribution, and P&L management—together with deep expertise in CRM, sales automation, and go-to-market execution—position him as a key driver of Norbreeze Collective Asia’s growth journey and the Group’s ambition to scale retail and wholesale performance across Indochina.

Ly Nguyen is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience driving organizational development, employee engagement, and workforce transformation across multi-industry groups in Vietnam and internationally.

Ly has led HR operations for organizations with 1,000+ staff, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance. At CEN Group/PC1, she built HR systems from the ground up, aligned people strategy with business expansion, and reduced turnover from 35% to 18% within 18 months. She introduced structured KPI frameworks, standardized HR policies nationwide, and cut time-to-hire by 30% through centralized recruitment and referral programs.

Her leadership experience spans BBG Group, Vinpearl (Vingroup), and international change management projects in Thailand, Switzerland, France, Cambodia, and Bangladesh, where she delivered large-scale training, culture-building, and organizational restructuring initiatives.

Rachel Pham is a results-driven marketing leader with over 16 years of experience building and accelerating powerhouse beauty brands across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Rachel has led full-spectrum brand, retail, and P&L operations, delivering sustainable growth for prestige and mass-market brands. At Obagi, she drove strong sales and market expansion, launched Aveda in Vietnam, and executed 360° campaigns with influencers and clinics, achieving the No.1 Anti-Aging Lotion position in online commerce. At Sociolla, she steered omni-channel transformation from B2B to B2B2C, pioneered fashion show activations featuring hair stylists, and elevated the brand to the No.1 buzz share in Vietnam’s salon social commerce market. At L’Oréal Vietnam, she developed long-term brand strategies, drove innovative campaigns, and delivered consistent category growth in professional hair.

Her leadership spans Obagi, Luxasia, Sociolla, Amway, and L’Oréal, where she managed cross-functional teams, retail merchandising, integrated communications, and A&P budgets. She has a proven track record of orchestrating high-impact launches, forging strategic KOL partnerships, and translating market insights into brand-building initiatives that resonate with consumers.
