NORBREEZE GROUP
founded in 2004 by Danish entrepreneurs Anders Peter Juel Sauerberg and Anne Trads Juel Sauerberg, is headquartered in Singapore.
The inspiration for the company name is derived from the Danish/Nordic heritage (“Nor”) and flow or movement (“breeze”), reflecting the founders’ deep appreciation for Danish design principles and their vision to bring timeless and functional lifestyle brands to global markets.
The Group comprises three distinct subsidiaries:
- Norbreeze Collective Asia: Serving as the master franchisee for PANDORA across Indochina, this subsidiary manages the brand’s operations and growth in the region.
- MGI JV: A joint venture between Movado Group International and Norbreeze Group, focusing on the distribution and marketing of renowned watch brands.
- August Berg: An international Danish watchmaker known for its commitment to quality craftsmanship and design.
With a dedicated team of approximately 250 employees, Norbreeze Group has established a significant presence across Southeast Asia. The Group’s success is attributed to its expertise in nurturing international brands and developing a robust market footprint.
